Authorized use only
You may process only files that you own or have permission and legal authority to process. A permission checkbox is your representation to the operator. It does not create rights or excuse infringement.
Do not use the service to violate copyright, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, export, or other applicable rights or laws.
No remote or platform downloading
Convert accepts direct local file bodies only. You may not attempt to make it fetch remote URLs, playlists, streaming manifests, platform pages, cloud-drive links, or network resources.
Do not probe, bypass, overload, reverse engineer abuse controls, cross-access jobs, inject media-tool options, or use the service for denial of service.
Service limits
Upload size, duration, dimensions, queue capacity, rate, compute time, daily volume, result lifetime, and supported codecs are bounded. The operator may reject or stop work to protect service availability.
A conversion may fail, reduce resolution, lose metadata or extra streams, or miss an impractical target. JSON, CSV, and TSV conversion supports flat tables and neutralizes spreadsheet formula cells. The service never guarantees preservation of a sole copy. Keep your source file.
Temporary results
There is no permanent account, library, history, public share page, or backup. Source and output media are deliberately temporary and can disappear earlier because of deletion, restart, failure, quota, or maintenance.
Service availability
Convert is a limited, best-effort utility. The operator may suspend or change the service, its limits, or supported formats to protect users and infrastructure. Use the Contact page to report an operational or rights issue.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law. Any jurisdiction-specific notices or terms required for the service continue to apply.
